• Before commencing grouting, ensure that the tiles fixed are sound and joints are free from tile fixing adhesive.
• The tile joints should be free from any contamination, dust, oil and water. Clean the joints by possible means and ensure that they are not in damp condition.
• Shake the bottle of HARDENER and stir the BASE prior to mixing.
• Add complete HARDENER to BASE in a suitable, clean container and mix together thoroughly.
• If an electric drill mixer is used, mix at a slow speed (less than 300 rpm).
• Add slowly the complete quantity of the FILLER, mixing thoroughly until all of the FILLER is dispersed and a uniform colour and lumps-free consistency is achieved.
• Avoid entraining air by mixing at very high speed or by over-mixing.

• Using a rubber floater, press the grout firmly into the joints ensuring that the joints are completely filled.
• Work in small areas to have better control on removing the excess grout material from joints and surface by moving the floater diagonally to the grout lines.
• Clean off the surplus grout from tile joints and surface within 30-45 minutes. Initially use a rough textured sponge/ scrubber, dampened with clean water, to clean the excess grout 
• Use the damp sponge/ scrubber in a circular motion while cleaning to achieve the flush joint.
• Clean the epoxy/water residue with a fine textured damp sponge in a circular motion, taking care not to drag epoxy grout from the joints.
• Clean off any light residue of epoxy left on the tile surface using an alkaline detergent without disturbing the joint finish.

A factory-made a bagged cementitious polymer based powder, containing portland cement and silica sand. it can be mixed with water for installing small and medium size ceramic floor tiles in interior areas using the thinset method of installation.

• The surface to be tiled should be clean and sound. Old surfaces must be free from wax, grease, polish, etc.
• Add 3 - 3.5 parts of Roff WMA powder to 1 part of water.  
• Mix with a trowel / slow speed drills (50 - 100 rpm) until a lump free homogeneous paste is obtained.
• Always mix the required quantity, which can be consumed with in the prescribed pot life. 
• Leave the mixture for 5 min. before using.
• Spread the adhesive to a required thickness and comb with a suitable notched trowel. Strictly apply the adhesive paste which can be tiled with in 10 to 15 mins.
• Intermittently touch the adhesive paste on substrate by finger. If the adhesive sticks to fingers then continue tiling and if not scrape off the adhesive and apply new coat.
• Start placing the tiles on the surface to be tiled. Tap the tiles properly to ensure complete coverage of the backside of tiles and to eliminate the possibility of any air voids.
• Keep joints between two-tiles using tile spacers.
• Allow tiling to set for 24 hours and start filling joints next day with Roff Rainbow Tile Mate.
• Use mechanical clamps for holding the heavy stones in positions on vertical surface if required.

• For laying Marble/ stone on floor, surface should be sufficiently hard & good condition.
• Always add powder to water & never add water to powder.
• Do not add excess water than recommended.
• Never add sand & cement at site in factory packed adhesive.
• Strictly not recommended for fixing on gypsum plaster, paint, wood & metal.
• Do not use for vertical cladding of heavy stone. Start from down to up.
